Get your sweat on! Cardio & Strength Tabata follows the traditional Tabata class format: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of high-intensity work then 10 seconds of rest. Expect a little twist as we alternate between cardio and strength tabata blocks. Each 8-round block is followed by one minute of core work for the ultimate burn. Cardio & Strength Tabata will test your focus and challenge your endurance.
