Get your box on! Boxing Tabata follows the traditional Tabata class format: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of high-intensity work then 10 seconds of rest. Expect a little twist as we alternate between strength, boxing and tabata blocks. Each 8-round block is followed by one minute of boxing for the ultimate burn. Boxing Tabata will test your focus and challenge your endurance.
