“Ditch the Workout, Join the Party” with Zumba

What exactly is Zumba?

Zumba® is a group exercise fitness program that was a created through a happy accident. Alberto "Beto" Pérez, the creator Zumba, was an aerobics instructor in 1998 and brought the wrong music to his class. Instead of canceling the class, Beto improvised and his students loved the first take on this Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout.

Now 22 years later, Zumba has expanded to 180 countries and includes different types of classes and music for all ages. There is a Zumba class for everyone!

What Zumba classes are available at The Workout Club?

We currently offer Zumba (Wed. @ 6pm, Sat. @ 10:45am) and Zumba Toning (Tues. @ 6pm) classes. Zumba classes are included in a membership, and non-members can join in for a cost of $12 per class.

Who teaches Zumba classes at The Workout Club?

Chrissy Record is our dynamic and wildly experienced Zumba instructor. We can guarantee you won’t smile bigger that you do after leaving her class!
