Membership Update!

Members,

What a week! We can’t tell you what it has done for our morale to see you, hear from you, and reconnect. We are just so appreciative for your support, flexibility, sense of humor, and consideration. Each day, we are blown away, but not surprised, by how kind you are to one another and so willing to work within the restrictions mandated by our Governor and Board of Health to ensure that you all safely and responsibly get the workout in that you need. It’s an incredible testament to the character of our community. Thank you BIG TIME!

So, with this week under our belt, Conor, the Workout Club Team, and I have reflected a LOT on what is important to us as we move forward.

1.     You. Your safety, health, and experience are the most important. We will continue to prioritize you with every decision we make!

2.     All previous full-facility members will receive their previous full-facility privilegesincluding unlimited outdoor classes (excluding spin and the virtual studio*.) We simply do not like having to limit in-person classes to members. Watching you all work together has cemented the decision for us: we will begin to offer unlimited outdoor classes to Legacy Full-Facility members immediately and going forward, in new membership options. *Any member not comfortable with unlimited outdoor classes can opt into the virtual studio in lieu of unlimited outdoor classes.

3.     Due to capacity restrictions, we will add more classes and gym/cardio appointments as more members come back and time slots get more and more full. 

4.     All members should have a reservation via Glofox before entering the gym or a class. If you show up without a reservation, we will do our best to accommodate you, but due to capacity restrictions, we may not be able to do so.

5.     We will also have to tighten the cancellation and no-show policy, including a fee for cancellations outside of the new 12-hour cancellation window. Please refer to our website for that information coming up this weekend and starting Monday, July 20th. 

6.     Appointments for classes and appointments will be released three weeks in advance. 

7.     All previously purchased spin classes will be added/have been added to Glofox membership profiles.

8.     The new membership pricing has been released. Please be advised the rate increases are a result of the new costs associated with operating during COVID-19. The overhead for paper products, cleaning supplies, and sanitization has forced us to reevaluate pricing. If you have any questions, or a challenging financial situation as a result of the pandemic, please email colleen@workoutclubgym.com. We will figure it out. 

9.  All previous members should sign up with Glofox. You can download the app on your phones, or visit the website. We are still learning and adapting the software to our platform, so thank you for your patience. Like most technology, it is imperfect, and we apologize for not always having the answer right away. But we continue to work on it! If you are having issues with the platform, we are here to help! Just call or email and we can set up a time to sort it all out (with Courtney - our in-house Glofox guru!)

10.  If you aren’t ready to come back yet: that’s okay! We get it. We will be here whenever you are ready and rest assured, your membership will be frozen until that time unless directed otherwise. 

 Again, thanks for the support, well wishes, laughter, and smiles behind the masks. We’ve missed you. As our son would say, “we’ve missed you tsunami big!”
