Embracing the virtual!

Hey Team!

We are just over 4 weeks into this new reality, and we are so grateful you have stuck with us through the ups and downs and daily challenges of our current normal. We hope you are enjoying the #dailyclubchallenges, our recipe suggestions, the #wcvirtualstudio, our new POP IN visitors, and the many opportunities to connect with the people you miss. Thank you for your patience and your feedback. Keep it coming!

We wanted to remind you of a few new things:

  1. Our #wcwellnessgame is still happening. Be sure to cross off your boxes and submit your card before May 14th to receive a local restaurant gift card. Apart from keeping you on track, it’s an awesome way to overhaul your wellness routine and try some new practices to incorporate.

  2. Many of our POP IN visitors will be available on the main Facebook Page. Melissa from The Hale Life was incredible on Saturday! If you missed her talk about Bone Broth and all the benefits it possesses, visit our page to check out her discussion. This Thursday at 6pm, we welcome Micolene Boddie, a PT from ProActFit in Norwell to discuss the challenges of Cell Phone Neck and how to prevent it…a very relevant topic in a time where we so heavily rely on our devices.

  3. Our Virtual Studio is consistently evolving. We are thrilled to bring you the trainers you adore, all the classes you know, and a platform that is easily accessible every week. Remember: all the classes are left in the private FB group for a full 7 days. So, if you miss a class live, you can always go back and rewatch it. This week, we are excited to welcome Amber Gregory and Vanessa Winston to the Virtual Studio Trainer team. We know you will enjoy their classes!

  4. Show us your selfies of your #clubdailychallenge and/or recipes! Not on FB and seeing these daily posts? Our Instagram page posts both of these opportunities to stay healthy and connected with your Workout Club.

  5. Most importantly, how are YOU? Your family? Loved ones? We miss you a lot and hope that you are staying well. We have lots in the works coming to you over the next few weeks. But, stay tuned for a few times to connect with your club during a Club Social on Zoom or a Club Coffee with Colleen. We really just can’t go another week without seeing your faces!
