We are more than a club. Our core tenets drive each and every one of our decisions for you - the client & community.

What. A. Week!

 First, how is everyone? Are you feeling well? Does anyone need anything? Groceries? A friendly phone call from one of your fans at the gym? Please remember that while we aren’t seeing your beautiful faces every day right now, you are in our thoughts all the time…which brings me to number two…

There’s been lots going on at the Workout Club – behind the scenes – and virtually. Again, we so appreciate your patience and willingness to try our virtual class offerings over the last two weeks. Moving something so special to an online platform has been difficult. We have a really awesome product and we don’t want any of it to be lost in transition! And with every decision we make, we always want to make sure that the effects will be positive for our community, our club, and our clients.

As such, our amazing Fitness Director, Kate Woodard, has been working her bum off with all of the trainers to debut our Virtual Studio on Facebook Live.  We understand that some of you don’t have a Facebook account right now and we apologize for this inconvenience. BUT, rest assured, there are other avenues in which you can still enjoy our Club content. 

Here is a consistently evolving list of what your Workout Club will continue to offer throughout our temporary closing…

  • A daily trainer-developed #clubdailychallenge shared on Facebook, Instagram, and our website that you can complete on your own.

  •  5-7 health & wellness tips or suggested training plans and challenges throughout the week.

  •  A daily healthy recipe for meal planning purposes and tastebud delight!

  •  Frequent pre-recorded, trainer-led videos with quick stretches, movement ideas & mini workouts to supplement our #clubdailychallenge and the virtual studio.

  •  Workout Club Virtual Studio & Zumba with Chrissy on Zoom (profits of the online studio will directly support our trainers.)

  •  Small group virtual sessions led by Workout Club Trainers – contact trainers directly for more information.

  • Nutrition counseling. Email us for more information.

  • Weekly blog posts checking in on our community and updating our clients on the club. 

  • Our understanding if the Virtual Studio fees are challenging at this time, Email Colleen

  • An available ear – anytime. Would you like a friendly FaceTime visit? A text? A phone call to catch up? An email reminder to check out the Instagram account? Every team member is here to support you throughout this very uncertain time. Please email us if there is some way we can support you. 

As a reminder, we have frozen all memberships beginning March 16, 2020. No one will lose days as long as the club is closed. If you require something out of a locker, please email us so we can schedule a time for you to come pick it up. 

We really can’t wait to get back to the Club! But, in the meantime: please stay well. Eat healthy, keep moving, and find some time to unwind. We look forward to helping you navigate some of that with our online adventure.
