Build a solid foundation! Muscle Madness is a total body strength class focusing on building strength with a variety of resistance tools. Alternating between heavy and light weights to build strength and tone of large and small muscle groups. Expect to work each muscle group with targeted exercises and compound movements to work the entire body. Muscle Madness will test your power and focus.
