FRIDAY: 8:30AM-9:15AM

Be dynamic! Our Circuit Training class provides a myriad of circuits using a variety of resistance tools, eg. balls, dumbbells, body bars, kettlebells, steps, etc. Expect to target alternate muscle groups so that little to no rest is required in between stations or sets. Circuit Training challenges the same muscle groups in new ways to increase agility and improve muscular endurance.
