Type Class Description here:
Barre & Beyond—A rhythmic fusion of yoga, pilates, strength training &ballet. Improves core strength, balance and posture
Spin & Shred – High energy class combining strength, cardio and core circuits. Timed intervals
Basic Step & Sculpt – Beginner level class with weights added in
Zumba/Zumba Toning  – Interval fitness training and resistance training with a dance flair.
Yoga I – gentle level classes  Flow Yoga—A little more athletic   Power Yoga –challenge yourself
Pilates Core – Intense core workout using bands, rings and body weight
Extreme Cardio Training--High powered cardio drills w/spin, boxing  and power step
Muscle Madness—A strength class using barbells and plates to work all muscle groups. 
Indoor Bootcamp – Timed weight, agility and cardio training
Spin – An incredible cardio workout. This class does have an extra fee and requires advance signup.
Tabata—20work/10 rest weights, cardio, plyo, etc…..               
Full Body Conditioning—Full body weighted workout with cardio segments using dumbbells, bars, bands and kettlebells
Bands & Mobility—45 minute class that will focus on proper stretching & core techniques that will help flexibility
