Type Class Description here:
Speedball Circuit—speedball agility, speed and core training w/various leg strengthening in a circuit format
Plyo-Power w/Muscle – Advanced plyometric exercises w/interval training
Spin & Lift – Spinning with weight lifting segments
Basic Step & Sculpt – Beginner level class with weights added in
Spin Fit – Spinning intervals with 15 minute weighted segments. A class that encourages your personal best
Zumba – Interval fitness training and resistance training with a dance flair.
Zumba Toning – taught using both weights and zumba to sculpt and tone you into a lean new you
Yoga I – gentle level classes   Power Yoga –challenge yourself
Pilates – Intense core workout using bands, rings, etc…
Extreme Cardio Training--High powered cardio drills w/Insanity, PIYO and power step
Spinning – An incredible cardio workout. This class does have an extra fee and requires advance signup.
Tabata Core—20work/10rest  weights, cardio, plyo, etc…..     
Box & Abs—45 minutes of intense kick boxing with 15 minutes of ab work
Full Body Conditioning—Full body weighted workout with cardio segments using dumbbells, bars, bands and kettlebells
